THE LEAGUE OF CREATIVE MUSICIANS: A CLUB FOR SERIOUS FUN.
For those of us who have been touched by the muse of melody, there is little else that can approach the pleasure that playing music brings to the soul. Regardless of what else we may have accomplished in life, the pursuit of musical expression brings a special reward that transcends our daily struggle and reaffirms the potential for harmony, beauty and even mastery in our lives.
For many of us, our professional achievements have come at the cost of our musical pursuits, and though we’ve never lost our passion, our obligations to work and family have made it increasingly difficult to carve out the time and space for the pleasure of making music. It’s not that we’ve forgotten- many of us remain dedicated but isolated, playing in the basement or the garage or toying with technology in hopes of lighting a creative spark that will reignite the possibilities we know remain within us.
The natural opportunities for collaboration and performance that were once a feature of our lives become increasingly difficult as well, and finding musical comradeship and a suitable social context for expression becomes difficult if notimpossible in the face of the demands of our hectic lives. And yet, we live at an amazingly propitious time in the history of music. Instruments have never been better. Musical technology has advanced at a remarkable pace, with an ever-growing infinity of accessible creative possibilities for recording and distributing music.
And yet, for many of us, the goal of advancing our musical skills, learning more about musical technology, and simply finding an enjoyable context in which to play music remains frustratingly elusive.
We’ve thought a lot about these challenges and possibilities, and we’ve come up with a solution: The League of Creative Musicians.
The League of Creative Musicians is a membership club offering an extraordinary setting to pursue the pleasures of music. It’s designed for anyone looking for a comfortable and convivial setting to explore creativity and embark on musicaladventures. The club centers around a state-of the art- recording and performance facility that blends extraordinary ambience with the very best in musical technology, instruments, and services.
Through the club’s services, members will be offered a wide range of creative opportunities, including collaboration with world-class professionals in the areas of musical performance, audio engineering, and record production.
